Welcome to the forums! You probably wont see me in the debates forum as much (I dont have the time nowadays to spend writing up long, complex posts, or reading others), but I'm sure we'll run across each other there eventually

In the meantime, have a fishystick:

Lithium? What's wrong with heavy metal? I find lead pipes work nicely for personality modification...

Lithium is actually quite light- the lightest metal in fact (not to nitpick, just to point out the wrong here :P ), but a lead pipe is perhaps the best tool to use for personality modification...

Actually, hydrogen is the lightest metal. Hydrogen weighs almost seven times less than lithium.

"What's wrong with heavy metal?" is essentially the same as "Why stick with light metal?", but with more amusing and ironic connotations.

Hydrogen isn't a metal, except at extreemly high pressures (say in the core of Jupiter or perhaps in the sun's core, though that's just theoretical.

There are two types of elements. only two: metals and non metals. On the periodic table, there is a line over on the right side separating them. Hydrogen is on the left side of the line; therefore, it's a metal. It may be a gas, but it's a metal.
