LE Slickest Pompadour

I would like human character models (specifically imperials) to have a pompadour hair option when you start the game. I don't know how the mod thing works, or if its possible to add something like that, but I would have so much fun parading around Skyrim modeled after Groose from Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.

 

Of course, one cannot be Groose without his slick pompadour. So I request that one you amazing modding men of legend bestow upon me the slickest pompadour in all of Whiterun.
