Sniper Aim without Scope in third person view

I hope there is someone that can make a mod, which has the option or a key to let you aim without scope while using Long scope then maybe pressing mouse middle key then into the scope.

 

I was playing The Division and found out that while I was using sniper, I can aim it without scope at first, it greatly improves mobility while using a sniper rifle especially in mid-close range combat, when ever you need a scope just hold right mouse key and press mouse middle key then you are in the scope.
