having problems with blender to nif skope

i have been trying to import a sketch up model to nif skope so i can put it in my mod, how ever, every route i have seen online is broken or doesn't work, if someone could explain how to do it that would be helpful, also, if you want to help out and do the process for me, just ask and i'll up load the .kmz file.

Try to do this....

Export the blender file in .obj, put it in outfit studio and export as .nif, convert the nif using elrich.exe to make it fo4 friendly.
