DarkAnsem
I'm not sure I understand. at the end of SI I become the new god of madness or of order (I'd rather have THAT). or perhaps both? Divided, yet perfect
Malchik
You become Sheogorath. As leader of SI you preside over the rather strange inhabitants. But as god presumably you may rule them as you think fit. Sadly, as there is little to be done other that fight the occasional marauding band of monsters I don't think it matters. (If you complete SI before you do the Sheogorath quest in Oblivion, you'll get Haskill asking you why you are trying to summon yourself.)
DarkAnsem
damn! so if you complete SI before doing sheogorath's quest you can't actually do it?
TheLastIstari
No, you can. It's just a humorous remark. Like if you do it with Shivering Isles it has Sheogorath's voice.

Divided, yet perfectJyggalag is free and is the Lord of Order. Shivering Isles is free from order's taint, except for the occasional obelisk. You are the Lord of Madness. Also, that quote does not reference madness/order. Two shades of madness. Mania and Dementia.
Abramul
Out of sheer not-possible-in-the-game-world curiosity, what would happen if someone else attempted to summon the Mad God?

LlamaSprinter
Out of sheer not-possible-in-the-game-world curiosity, what would happen if someone else attempted to summon the Mad God? That should be a mod. Where you can be summoned and set tasks for people
DarkAnsem
so that means that at the end of SI sheogorath and jyggalag become 2 separate entities?
Malchik
Sheogorath turns into Jyggalag and you 'become' Sheogorath.
