Since the death of my pc, I had to pull out an old laptop of mine, which only has 500mb ram, anyways, I reinstalled Morrowind, after many years. I reinstalled all the mods I used to use that I kept on a thumb drive. In the zip file of Dereko's loincloth+top_pkg, there is no Read Me and I have forgotten where the vendor is located.
