White textures?

Ok, so i was excited about playing oblivion for the first time, but when i used the minor heal spell, it turn my gear white

When the game can't find the proper texture for an item, it often shows as pink, purple, black, orange, blue, or invisible when viewed in-game. When using Nifskope, missing textures render as white. I have seen things render as white in the CS even though the textures are not missing and there are no visible problems in-game.

 

I have never heard of your problem before.

 

You might try exiting the game and rebooting it. Usually problems of this nature occur on load, and not as the result of an in-game action.
