Popped Out Window Glow

The glow from some of the windows in whiterun are positioned wrong. I have rustic windows installed but the problem was there prior to installing it.

Konnte das Problem selbst lösen (kann an DynDOLOD liegen). Konsole öffnen^
eintippen: disable 0009c8d4
Mit Enter bestätigen
Konsole schliessen^
Could solve the problem myself (may be it comes from DynDOLOD). Open console ^
type in: disable 0009c8d4
Confirm with Enter
Close console ^
