Lizarrdo Posted December 25, 2011 Share Posted December 25, 2011 (edited) So I textured the stormcloak curaiss to have solitude scales as opposed to that ugly leather cloth. However, When I use the solitude _n file and rename it to the stormcloak curaiss _n file, my textures become shiny. wesside0yes Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 The reason behind the excessive shine is most likely due to a high value set for gloss in the .NIF file of the respective cuirass model. Due to your texture being a different shade of colour than the original they develop a tendency to appear far more glossier than expected.
