Solution for low FPS 60 to 30 on AMD machines

Well, I have updated to the 16.11.4 for one hour ago. This did a small improvent after all coming from the 16.8.3 driver.

Thanks for the tip man, I really had some frustrating issues, like in some places, in some dungeons got like 20-25 fps, now its stable around 55-60 fps

And in outdoors seems to be much more stable now.

 

Edit: Also in jorrvaskr I had massive fps drops, it was unbearable, now pretty smooth and stable!
