Loading a save loads another save.

Problem: When i load some save (now my most recent ones) i get in the game (i see my character and everything in front of me) for about 0.5 seconde. After that, the game loads another state of the game (same place as where i was minutes earlier, but not any saved file). So lets say i load save 99 where im at snow veil sanctum. 0.5 secondes after getting in the game, i get sent back minutes later where i was at fort karstav on my way to snowveil sanctum.

Note1: I tried displacing every saves except the most recent one. It still load back to a previous game state.

Note2: I used save game cleaner from the nexus. Didnt not work.

Note3: It does not happen with every save. About 1 on 4 save saves correctly.

Note4: If i load a savefile that is older then the game state i am sent to, it always work.

 

Note5: Everything was fine 5 hours ago.

 

Any suggestion ?

Well, I don't believe it is doing it for no reason. Things I'd like to know:

Are you using mods? If so what are they? Post a load order from LOOT here.

Are you using a mod manager? MO or NMM? Workshop?

Have you moved or deleted any files on this saved game?

Does this crash repeat itself on a new game?

I am using nexus mod manager. It all come from nexus forum. No mods are coming from somewhere else.

 

I moved one thing. After i encountered the problem for the first time, i tought my old save would create problems so i displaced them somewhere else (on the desktop) so that my save folder would only have 2 saves.

The crash dont seem to repeat itself on a newly created game, by later in the game. And sometime, even on my normal game it still work... but not everytime.

Maybe look at this page and look at your skyrim.ini to see if there is something wrong there? It is located in Mydocuments/My Games/Skyrim

Update: I had time to go trough my mods tonight. Found out, from the index 25 to 50 is the mod that cause my problems. Its between ETAC complete and spellsneak that the probleme is. I will go and activate them 1 by 1 to find the one that have been causing the problems. Ill advise you and the mod creator later.

Update2: Found out, WARZONE was messing with my saves. Can't tell why tough... sometime they were corrupted even when i wasn't in any open area (where there would be a warzone from their mod).

 

Anyway, after disabling their mod (wich was working fine after 100+ hours in this game), none of my save have this problem anymore. It was the only mod that caused the problem.

I will be reporting this back to them, see if it could help them improving their mod.

I will still look at my ini. file the moment i get save corruption. It's a good habbit to have. Thanks for the help.
