CTD when approaching Mephala's Altar

Just finished the quest to poison the dude from Mephala in the Morag Tong HQ. Poisoned his pot, came back, dude says to approach Mephala's altar. As soon as I activate the altar and the sound file begins, CTD. Repeatable, every time.

Used tes3cmd, made a multipatch. Re-sorted with mlox. Problem solved.
