Anyway I got it working after 4 identical tryouts... Try more. 10 times. 20 times. Try it later. You simply need some reply from steam server, and they indeed are busy. So the installation fails. After that, Steam tries to install from network .. which is supposedly handled by different servers .. and it works. Does it sucks ? Oh yeah ..
