1. Im trying to make new dungoen and if i select couple of items and light and dublicate to move it.. My camera stays at same spot and I cant realse "WASD" freely. Its a nightmare in moving objects in anyway.

To go where i want i have to deselect everything, fload there and then try select duplicated items drag them abit, then deselect them just to move my camera again.. why??

I just want WASD to move always freely.

Spacebar to move up

shift to move down.

That would make navigating where I want exceptionally easy.

EDIT: got used to it. Its very hard learning curve! And some commands some tutorials didnt even mentioned.

I already tried, but that is ridiculous...I cant even get a proper top view whenever I want. I have no clue why it has to be so unnesessary complicated. In wasd i could always position myself in 2sec whenever I want. In now it takes minutes and at horrible angles..

I'm missing something. Are you not using shift or spacebar with your mouse, to move? Holding shift should let you spin all over, space should let you move laterally...you should be able to keep the mouse on the drag item, hold space to move it around. Are you getting hung up with larger items, like trying to select a chandelier, but getting the ceiling instead?

No, I learned yesterday on my own due to CK being extremely horrible with its controls.

What I didnt used was and now I see most important usages: mousewheel CLICK and move! <- didnt knew this and its mostly used thing.

Another is..shift+F ... <-- this is really helpful.

So, as of right now I got used to it! Can place soulgems in soulgem stands or small items anywhere I want.

Ah, I didn't know about mouse wheel in the render window, though I use it in armor addons, and nifskope, to center meshes. In render, I use mostly shift and space, with the z, x, and c and right-click for fine tuning position.

A few things I've learned the hard way. Look at file > preferences, and change your object rotation speed from 1 to .01. That will give you a much smoother, more controllable spin, and you'll be capable of putting things up against walls without them being crooked constantly.

Also, if you don't already use it, when you want to work in a cell that has items in the way, ceilings, chandeliers, etc., click on what's in the way and press 1 twice. That will make it disappear, without deleting it, so you can work without accidentally moving it. You can hold control and multi-select, or just do one at a time. When you're done, press ALT + 1 and it should become visible again, or press f5 to refresh the whole render window.

If you just press 1 once, it will become half visible, but still out of the way. This is useful for things like furnishing inside tents. That one seems to take an f5 to bring back, but makes life easier sometimes. In either case, when you quit and reload ck, all hidden items are back, and they'll still be there in-game.
