gigantibyte
Pretty straight forward stuff, but if you need help adding available mods for the first time, here's a quick video I made. How to take advantage of available pre-CK mods for Skyrim. Greggorz
Following the instructions in your video, I cannot get Launch SKSE to show in NMM. Is that a requirement or will the mods work with the regular Launch Skyrim option? Informative video for people to the scene. Thanks a lot. Can you run SKSE_loader.exe? I don't do support on any of these tools, but I believe you can use NMM to activate the mods, close NMM, and run the game with SKSE_loader.exe. You may also try closing and restarting NMM, and see if the SKSE option appears as it should if installed properly.
