Sublime89
I was looking at FXAA Injector, Skyrim HD, Realistic Water Textures, Blood Enhancement, and considered a couple others. But how do I know that they are compatible with each other? I don't want to add them all then the game crash or not run properly.
RitualBlack
Some of those don't really have anything to do with textures (for example the post processing mod doesn't actually change any textures in game). All textures should be compatible unless of course one replaces another. In the scenario of one replacing another your game will remain completely stable and the last one you put in over another texture will be the one you see. If a texture in made properly it should never crash your game. Another noteworthy thing to mention would be to ignore windows "keep both files" message. That will place a (1) or (2) beside the file which is doing absolutely nothing in the directory except taking up hard drive space. You will only have to worry about esp/esm files conflicting and that wont be until after the creation kit is released for the most part. Hope this helps you and have fun  . Xouthpaw
I don't think texture files can make the game crash, all texture packs should be compatible unless they replace the same texture.
