How do I know what Texture Mods are compatible?

Some of those don't really have anything to do with textures (for example the post processing mod doesn't actually change any textures in game). All textures should be compatible unless of course one replaces another. In the scenario of one replacing another your game will remain completely stable and the last one you put in over another texture will be the one you see. If a texture in made properly it should never crash your game. Another noteworthy thing to mention would be to ignore windows "keep both files" message. That will place a (1) or (2) beside the file which is doing absolutely nothing in the directory except taking up hard drive space. You will only have to worry about esp/esm files conflicting and that wont be until after the creation kit is released for the most part. Hope this helps you and have fun  .
