Help! LOD problem!

I'm making a city mod for Solitude, and when generating LOD with TES5LODGen, the solitude windmill LOD is not generated. The turbine (fan) is visible from far away, evern tho it's the part of the same mesh as the building. But the building disappears when you move far from it.

 

I tried generating LOD with Creation Kit, but it gives me this message:

 

Texture atlas build failed with the following errors:

LOD diffuse texture '..\Source\TGATextures\lod\MtnRidge02LOD.tga' and normal texture '..\Source\TGATextures\lod\MtnRidge02LOD_n.tga' are not the same size (but should be)
How to circumvent this issue with CK or TES5LODGen? Or is there any other way to get LOD?
BTW i think DynDoLOD had the same issue when i tried it a few months back.
