Female mesh to Male mesh?

Any modders out there who could make a female dress mesh fit a male body? Odd request I know but I rp a crossdresser. And there are crossdressing mods for oblivion so why not fallout?

I'm really interested in mainly the longer ball gown. But if someone could do both the short and long that would be nice. I have never modeled or edited a model so I don't know how it works but if you could make the male form still seem womenly while in this dress...like give some nice curvy hips...thinner waist?
