Does facegen work with Fallout 4?

Does the program facegen (extracts faces from actual photographs and wraps them around the 3D mesh of a human head) work for Fallout 4 or Skyrim?

Not directly. You need additional tools to get the head into the game. Those existed for Oblivion, but I haven't seen them for more recent games.

 

There's this for Skyrim, but it's only a helper. You still need to work in 3DS/Blender and Photoshop/GIMP and nifskope to get a head into the game.
