Three identical posts in a Row

I've been seeing an increasing number of threads lately where there is an instance of a particular users post replicated three times in a row.

 

I thought nothing of it until just now, when I commented on an image thread on Skyrim Nexus and saw it got posted three times in a row. Its embarrassing. I feel like I just spammed, but it was unintentional.
