Epic Skyrim Worldmap

Hello.

I am here to make an announcement. When the creation kit comes out, I will begin an epic journey to create the most awesome skyrim worldmap remake of all time.

In all seriousness though, the only disappointment i got from skyrim was that they focused on quality and detail in the world instead of making it big. But I was looking forward to a skyrim with wide open plains and huge mountains instead, so I decided that if I'm still bored like s*** when the creation kit comes out, I'll change the entire worldmap myself (Mohahaha).

So I started thinking along these lines back in oblivion, when I downloaded a mod that removed the border restrictions and let you run far away from cyrodiil. Although most of the world outside cyrodiil was empty and untextured, I was really thrilled by the idea that it was possible for me to create a place like this myself. But I didn't have any patience to start making all the dungeons and cities that is very important if you are going to make a new land from scratch. But an idea changed this around, I know from some experience with TES that I can work my way around it. So what i am thinking is that I only have to remake the worldmap, but keep all the interiors from the vanilla game. I think it's probably possible for me to remake the land around (for example) whiterun, but leave the city the way it is. And I can probably after creating the heightmap, add the Doors to dungeons interiors to my new land, making it something worth playing in. And also, I will probably be able to have, say, two doors inside whiterun, one leading to the big skyrim world, and one leading the the vanilla world.

Thank you for reading, I hope I have made myself coherent enough, if you think this is a good idea for a mod, please tell me, and maybe in a few months you will see the first beta up here on the site.
