Kills are not counting

Hey everyone,

 

So I was playing my game with mods on and everything was fine. It seems like a few levels ago Baurus became unconscious in the main quest, and since then things have gone wrong (although my memory could be playing tricks on me). So now my kills are not being counted despite me playing around with turning various mods on and off. Normally this wouldn't be too bad, but since I use Oblivion XP, I now get credit for maybe 1/100 kills. The mods that seem to crash the game if I turn them off are DarnifiedAI, OOO,FCOM & MMM. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a list of my mods in the load order that BOSS set them in.
