Did anything change?

So last week I started playing SSE and naturally as I do with Skyrim I installed a couple mods. Everything worked just fine, no crashes, no freezes and no ILS. I thought that bethesda did something good and that the game is more stable now. Then it began. After installing Immersive Armors I had my first couple CTD's. Uninstalling it fixed that problem but today things went crazy. I have infinite loading screens, freezes its like back in the day again. What changed? The only mods I added to my list today were AFT and simple color map markes and I uninstalled them after witnessing the madness that is now my game. Corrupt save files? What couldve caused these sudden problems? Oh and could verifying the integrity of game cache help or do I just overwrite stuff which would be bad?

I can put my mod list in here but I dont really see why this would help since all my other mods didnt cause any trouble until today.

 

 

Btw. I am using NMM and Loot to manage and sort my mods until Mod Organizer 2 is in a usable state so this is what I am working with right now.
