Blackwood Company mod fixes (Spoilers in explanation)

From my messages with Lingwei, he seems to have given free reign to anyone who wants to fix bugs on his mod. That being said, does anyone want to? Most of the issues with the mod, I managed to fix by playing around with setting essential actors. However, I'm at what I assume is the last main quest, "A New Guild in Town". After "dealing with" the other Fighters' Guild halls, I get the message to talk to Vilena in Chorrol. However, she has no dialogue option. When I kill her, I don't get any quest updates or anything saying that I ended the Fighters Guild. Furthermore, the previous quest, "Defending the Outpost" is still in my active quests lists even though I searched the entire Glademist Cave and found no other Fighters Guild members, but this is a lesser problem. Can someone add the necessary dialogue to Vilena or at least get the quest to update past this? And also to remove the "Defending the Outpost" from active to completed. One other thing for "A New Guild in Town", if you need to kill all the members of a particular Fighters Guild hall, how does the game check if they're dead? For example, it said that I killed all the Cheydinhal Fighters even though Ohtimbar was still alive, and it said that I killed all the Leyawiin Fighters even though Cingor was still alive.

Edit: I've been trying this quest-line again. And in the Fugitives quest, when you need to escort the fugitives with the Escort Leader, WHY IS THE ESCORT LEADER GOING TO Elsweyr!? Well, he managed to find his way to the quest update point somehow, so the quest continued. But after getting the Fugitives to Bloodmayne Cave, I obviously need to "catch" those Fugitives. However, by the time I get there, half of the Fugitives have already been killed by the monsters in the cave, so I don't get any updates for killing them.

OK, I confirmed it with a second playthrough, recruiting some of the Fighters Guild members. Vilena Donton does NOT have any dialogue options for the quest A New Guild in Town, making continuing impossible. I looked at some answers online and found that the dialogue is in the mod but not attached to the character for some reason. Can someone attach it?
