Help request from experienced modders

I have a mod that I need some help with.

I still have to tweak some textures but I need help with a few things that are outside of my current knowledge.

 

Here is what I need help with:

 

1) The display mesh for the crating or item menu is a mess :) I dont know how to fix this.

 

2) If anyone knows who to add a slight shine to the chain shirt, let me know and I'll give it a slight gloss. Is this a specular map? I pulled the chain shirt texture from the Ebony chain armor. Just not sure how to add it back to this file.

 

3) I have a lot of request for a non-replacer version. I would also love some help making a non-replacer version... just dont know how at this point :)
