Armor From Mods, Armor Not Showing Up, Only Helmets Exist From Mods

I've only just started to mod Fallout 4, and I'm positive I wrote everything correctly in the .ini files. So far most mods have been completely successful, such as weapon, audio, and texture mods, but I seem to having problems with my armor mods. So far the main armor mods I've been wanting to use are the "Wasteland Sniper Armor" and the "NCR Ranger Veteran Armor". None of these armors show up in game like they should, so I went to using console commands. When I searched up "help "wasteland sniper 4"" all that came up was "wasteland sniper hood" and "wasteland sniper mask". When I searched up "help "ncr ranger 4"" all that came up was "ncr ranger veteran mask" which isn't even a mask, it's a maskless helmet. I have absolutely no clue to what is causing this, and I have no idea how to find out how to fix it.

 

Please, any help/information should be very useful, because I really want to use those armor sets for my characters, they look really cool and lore friendly.

 

If you need any more information, such as other mods I use along with it, or anything I else I can easily find, just ask. I truly do want to fix this as fast as possible.
