Skyrim CTD when looking at random areas

I was playing the game perfectly fine the other night when my computer crashed permanently (nothing to do with the game, hard drive failure). I had my saves backed up thanks to steam cloud saving thankfully. I got my computer reinstalled and a fresh new copy of windows 10 loaded on. Got SSE loaded and put on all the mods i was using before. I load up the game to my old save and everything starts working normally it seemed. Suddenly though random people started having purple texture missing hands. Then when i enter the Inn in windhelm the game loads me up normal. then when i look towards the hearth in the middle, instant CTD. I can wander around outside for a few minutes but still randomly crash. Whenever i try fast traveling somewhere i just crash instantly.

 

I tried starting a brand new game just to see and everything runs perfectly. i brought my character to the same areas i was crashing in with no problems. No purple hands, no CTDs nothing. I REALLY do not want to start over at this point in the game. Im level 35 with great armor that i do not feel like remaking or redoing. If i cant find a solution to this I am probably just going to move onto another game and come back to skyrim in a year or so when i feel like starting again.

 

I have the papyrus log that means next to nothing to me, aside from the fact it just gives tons and tons of errors about things i do not understand.

 

I have tried uninstalling all mods, that makes my save just not load since i make heavy use of mods. i tried just installing the essential mods, the ones that prevent any kind of loading if they arent on, and i still crash in the same exact spots. The load order is exactly the same as how i had it before as well. I feel this is some sort of texture error. Vivid weathers is the only kind of lighting difference i have in the game as well.

 

Ive included a list of my mod load order, since i dont really know of another way to list my mods here. I have a LOT of mods. 170+ probably, and i keep adding more as i see ones i like.

EDIT: I have tried multiple saves, not just one.

 

EDIT 2: solved my own problem. Took the time to just go through my mods one by one. Found tha populated cities was causing the crashing and errors. All is now well.
