The store is kind of hard to see. It is by Radiant Rainments.If you are using NMM, just simply install it and you can look to see in the skyrim/data file if it is there.If you are using MO, just make sure you've ticked the box and move it to where you keep your .esps in relation to your other mods on both the right and left panes.
