Another Sheogorath Expansion

I love the Shivering Isles expansion. It is probably the best part of the Oblivion game, even though really it isn't part of the original, since it's well..an expansion..lol?

But as the description said, beware of spoilers! I wasn't sure whether I wanted to make the entire post a big spoiler tag, lol!

Basically I am hinting at the idea of an addition to the already powerful act of being the "God" of the Shivering Isles realm. I think it would be somewhat like an earlier suggestion to make everyone fear you, or respect you possibly...

My thoughts regarding this are a simple question though really since I am GUESSING that it would be really hard to replace a lot of dialogue once you become Mad God, everyone in Shivering Isles as well as Cyrodiil respects(or fears) you as Sheogorath. I don't know this for sure, so that is why I am posting this. I don't want any criticism, so please.. I have seen some posts that some people have made towards others' ideas and I was kind of disenchanted to post, but really I had to because I thought this was a wonderful idea. It is probably too hard, or not worth it to most modders, and thats probably also why no one hasn't made it already, but I just wanted an answer to my question maybe, and to put this out there. I'm sorry if this amounts to clutter.

Thanks for reading!

P.S.

I apologise for this being my first post, but I really don't know what else to post about in any other category. I'm kind of anti-social I guess.. XD

P.P.S.

This is an edit to the post.. I think maybe I could draw a line on what I mean about this, it doesn't have to be complicated really, or have them run away, just bow before you maybe, or have it to where they have the same thing to you as when you are 100% vampire, where they don't want to talk to you, etc...

I just like the immersion level it would give really, people being almost too humble about it. It adds realism.. because I noticed some people in shivering isles refer to you as a citien, I am not sure if it is a glitch or somethiing like that really. You aren't a citizen.. you are a Mad God.. lol

isn't the way they respond to vampires easy to manipulate? Like isn't it just a boolean value of sorts? Where you can be like if (vampire = 1) and have some sort of script execute the pc value it is when you are a vampire so people are afraid to talk to you or etc? couldnt that be mimiced or remade so it effects all people? and if you didnt like it you could just disable it..

Ehh...When I tried telling people that Almalexia was dead, and I had killed her, they thought me a madman.

The bulk of Cyrodiil's population expects Sheogorath to look like a banker with a cane. If some adventurer runs around claiming to be the Mad God, people will merely think him mad. Those who are mad might know the difference, though.

That would probably make things very complicated, deciding who is mad and who is not.. LOL!

but I mean, maybe there could be a status effect to wearing Sheogorath's regalia, where when you wear it and/or his cane everyone knows you are him and bam, instant fame!

Yeah, that would be what I think should be done, I mean, maybe not Cyrodiil because alot of people wouldnt even know who Sheogorath is, even though he is technically a Daedric Prince they might not know or care and Cyrodiil isnt even effected by him anyways since he cant enter that realm at the present time let alone have madgod powers in it unless you cheat ;P

pah, poor fools, thinking of Sheogorath as "Mad God".

*ahem*

well, he does have a decent Humour tough.

And at the end of SI, i get to reclaim my realm? Just great -.-

I'll make their Heads explode. And then, i'll visit Tamriel and the Followers at my Shrine.

And then, I'll make their Heads explode.

I could visit Chancellor Ocato. probaply make his Head explode.

I could bring Uriel Septim the VII back to Life. To make his Head explode.

I would visit Necromancers in their Lairs. To give that Headless Zombies a Head. Everyone of them.

To make their Heads explode! And then, i'll bring all Necromancers to the Market District. To make their Heads explode! Wahaha!

I may summon the whole Mages Guild there. To sing me a nice Song, like "Row your Boat".

While their Heads are exploding, of course =)
