SSE No friendly fire and faster magicka regen

Simple, I need a mod that will stop my chain lightning from hitting Lydia. If that mod also stops companions from getting hit by shouts and other AOE spells, even better. At the very least can someone recommend a mod from normal Skyrim that wont break SSE if I import it?

 

Also, is there a mod out there or one I can easily import that will let me regenerate magicka at the same rate regardless if im in combat or not? I find it odd how that works.

I avoid AOE spells, for that reason. Even with the black book, you can still hit too many guards, citizens, etc. I'd stick with lightning bolt until you're able to get hold of thunderbolt.

 

If it helps, I made an enchanted ring to make destruction magic stronger, with some end game armor that (I think) hovers just below being OP.
