SSE Need some guidance on cell resets

The cell only resets when the player enters it, if the player does not enter that cell then it will never reset.

Self.setharvested(false) after registering for single game update has allowed the flora to reset at will in a norestzone. I am using skse in my mod elsewhere so made sense to use it here.
