Anyone know what mod this is and how do I uninstall it?

Hi, just started playing origins again with tons of mods

 

I have improved athmosphere, HD textures, no helmet, Dragon Age Redesigned.

 

for some reason my morrigan looks like this http://i.imgur.com/SG0y1bR.png

 

I just cant identify what mod is this a part of and how do i remove it?

I tried installing a Dragon Age Redesigned face but nothing changes (while i can install new faces to any other companion)

 

I cant find anyone with the same mod (its like normal morrigan except more details, looks a bit dirtier, some blackheads etc. and it looks kinda HD)

and all the preview images of my installed mods doesnt show that face

What 'HD textures' mod did you install? Some of them include replacements for the Bioware textures, which give that 'grainy' appearance. (No idea why installing a morph from DA Redesigned wouldn't work, though, unless it (a) also uses the Bioware textures or (b) there is more than one Morrigan morph in your override... look for multiple 'hf_genfl_morrigan.mor' files.)

 

Skin textures have the prefix 'uh_hed_'.

 

ETA that more specifically, the textures are:

 

uh_hed_dwfa_0d.dds
uh_hed_elfa_0d.dds
uh_hed_fema_0d.dds
uh_hed_infa_0d.dds
uh_hed_masa_0d.dds
uh_hed_olda_0d.dds
uh_hed_quna_0d.dds
uh_hed_sica_0d.dds

Fixed it :D

 

there was no hf_genfl_morrigan.mor, I had to remove a "uh_hed_fema_0d.dds" aaaand it worked,
