LE [Request] Dragon Priest Shrine from anywhere

In Labrynthian there is Dragon Priest Shrine which alternative version can be accessed with wooden mask. What i want is to be able to access it from anywhere by putting wooden mask on and activating a shout which can be learned when you receive last mask. Think of it as a portable house that can be shouted from anywhere in Skyrim but as long as you can fast travel (no enemies and outside, not in dungeons).

 

Bonus if possible remove time when you use shout so when you inside world outside would stand still until you remove mask and pop right back where you original were and only a second or two pass by.
