Fallout 4 Problem, PC

So, I uninstalled Fallout 4, and just now reinstalled it.

Except I have a ~minor~ problem.

The game will not launch.

All it does is open up the launcher, and when i click play, it says launching game, and the it goes back to the launcher.

If you can help me, please do, as i have had this problem before i uninstalled it.

Also, I did have a problem with FPS, and i couldn't make a character and play the game, as I could barely move around.
