Kodiak412 Posted November 23, 2016 Share Posted November 23, 2016 There is an Oldrim mod called Neutral Hjerim that will let you complete the Blood On The Ice quest and purchase Hjerim regardless of your faction. This is great for anyone that does not follow the civil war path and maybe wants to leave that to the end. I do not know if this was changed for SE but I did not want to try it and I just loaded this mod from Oldrim and gave it a try. So far everything has worked perfectly and I am now the owner of Hjerim in Windhelm without belonging to the Stormcloaks. Perhaps someone can update this mod for SE even though this old one works.
