Dont know much about ini and stuff like that so would like help with a error message I keep getting, the game crashes on startup. I get this in NMM:

The old Fallout.ini edit is causing long loading times, please remove it from your .ini file, set as: sResourscDataDirsFinal= (nothing after the `=`)

So what to do, explain as clearly as possible please as I know very Little about it.

Thanks

For a very long time the original instructions were to add a line to your fallout.ini that said this:

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\

However, the game has changed enough that the line should no longer look like that. Now the directions say to make sure the line looks like this instead:

sResourceDataDirsFinal=

So NMM is telling you to update your .ini file to the second line I posted instead of the original.

For more help, this wiki page is up to date on the current instructions for getting your game ready to use mods. http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Fallout_4_Mod_Installation

The problem is that I have played with mods for 400+ hours and this problem just resently began. Found 2 ini files, the custom one with 3 lines the wiki told me to make and one called fallout 4 default i think. The last one had the line and I removed the 1 after the = but that did nothing and the message keeps coming.

The reason you're just recently getting this error message is that NMM just recently added it to their code base.

Are you sure you edited the correct line? sResourceDataDirsFinal= has never had a 1 after it, but another important line in the ini file, bInvalidateOlderFiles=1, does. If you accidentally removed that 1, it will definitely crash on startup because that line is critical to making mods work.
