Modify offensive combat skills XP gain to be based on total damage

I would like to see a mod in which the XP gain from One-Handed, Two-Handed and Archery is based on actual damage rather than weapon base damage. If the Steel Sword has a base damage of 8 but I upgrade it to 15 it would be fair that the XP I gain from each successful hit is based on the actual damage rather than the weapon's base damage, and the same happens with bows and all melee weapons.
