DarkShadow1326 Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 Just got this game for christmas and love it to death but.... when i interact with an AI character (perticularly salesman) and say i would like to trade, they reply with their typical "are you looking to defend yourself or deal some damage", then thats it. nothing happens, the trading interface does not pop up and worst of all, i cannot back out of the conversation, i cannot reload from a previous save, i am forced to turn off my PS3 completely and restart the game from where i saved it last. as you can imagine this is very frustrating. i cannot buy or sell ANYTHING. this bug occurs not only with the same AI character but every other one i have tried as well is several cities.this did not happen at first there were no bugs but recently (since yesterday) the game started having this major problem. i figured that after i updated the game it would start working without a problem again, but once i hooked it up to the internet and updated the game, it only seemed to make this problem worse. again i love this game, its the best game i have ever played but due to this issue the game has not been nearly as fun.i would appreciate it if someone could get back to me soon! thanks! I got skyrim the day it was released from my mom (i told her i wanted it for PC -.-) and traded it in the next day for a copy on PC. I don't know whether or not thats a possibility for your computer, but IMHO the PC game has a much bigger replay value and infinite possibilities. That being said, with a PC version of Skyrim you can actually DO something about your problems... since you have access to console commands / mods / ect. Just my 2c... Just my 2c... yeah i kinda wish i have it for my laptop it would be able to run the game very well but i have it for my PS3 so there is nothing i can really do about it io guess. i started over and the problem seems to be fixed for now...
