Combat Mods either broken or broken.

EDIT: Saw the asking for help post and decided to comply.

 

Problem: Combat mods installed make my character weak and die to inferior weaponry in one or two hits while wearing heavy armour, while my character does little to no gamage with two-handed weapons.

 

Is my PC capable of running the game?: My Desktop PC can run the game with all mods installed at 60+ fps

Ramble:

So I after playing Skyrim without combat mods on Legendary and finding little challenge, I decided I wanted some realism and quicker fights while still being exceedingly difficult. So upon installing DUEL and a bunch of other mods on a fresh save, I walked into my first battle with steel plate and a greatsword and found myself two shotted by a scrub wearing scrap leather and an iron dagger... What in the name of ****? Bewildered, I laughed it off and decided to try and play the range game. He missed, I swung and expected him to be cleaved in half from a superior weapon. He lost maybe a fifth of his health. I'm not sure what is going on, but it's consistent through every mod I've tried. (DUEL, WILDCAT, and VIGOR). This isn't right and I'm sure it's a bug. I'm getting my ass handed to me by bandits and wolves while I do little smidges of damage at a time.
