Books missing from game

I recently started a new game and all books are missing from the game except spell books. All skill books, quest books, and flavor/lore books are gone. I have tried disabling any mods that should affect books (as far as I am aware) to no avail.

 

My mods list is as follows:

Recommend using SSEEdit, allow it to select all your mods then load. Right click on skyrim.exe in the left pane and "Filter for Conflict losers". Then when that completes (takes awhile), look for any entries for books starting at the highest in list. This will tell you if any mod is responsible and it's also a great way too fully understand which mods overwrite which mods.

Thanks for the tip. It appears to be Non-Automatic Skill Books. Not sure if it has something to do with the version that renames books because the books appear now. The version that doesn't rename the books doesn't seem to affect the books appearing but the version that does rename them to after the title does.
