ccaian Posted December 28, 2011 Share Posted December 28, 2011 Yeah, I have SKSE, which the stupid creator made another exe for (thus I have to launch it without steam, and no achievements, I think :O ). Is there a fps limiter that doesn't use the D3d9. No dxtory please :( its a ***** to use Wrong, you must use the SKSE launcher but it does launch Steam and even if it didn't (which it does) you still get the Achievements. That issue has been resolved since New Vegas. Next time you call someone stupid, here, your time here will end.
