Help Please, My Hat that i`ve created i GECK is Sideways.

So i`ve reedited !st Recon Berete, renamed it, added much more stats. Whne i tested in game, it was Sideways, Like rotatide 90 degree angle:

Using FNVedit, It helps but, Until i Enter my Mod Throught GECK again.

Also I want To add, I Duplicated Lucky shades, By Right Click - Edit....

Reedited them, Changing their name, and Saved as New. So MY Lucky Shades is Black now. I mean No Texture, Black Only.

 

Those are two Major Problems I Met so far, Please Help
