help needed

so i recently unpacked my textures using OBMM and now my interface is like the original so i reinstalled everything but my health bar is diffrent so i wanted to know if you guys could find out which it was

Those come with natural environments. You'll have to manually go into the data folder and delete them. I can't tell you what they are called, but if you look in the original archive you can find out.
