LE combat 3rd camera angle same as non combat

i like the third person non combat camera angle, it feels more cinematic and such with it a little off to the side. but then when you draw your weapon, it zooms out and centers your character, and it feels more like socom 2 or something, it really kills it for me, and others too no doubt. and if you watch the original gameplay trailer, theres a part when the player is in third person, full elven armor, walking up to an ice wraith, he draws his sword and maintains the camera angle to the side. so im sure that making a mod to do this wouldnt be too difficult for those with the know how. the camera angle while on horseback could use to be fixed as well. i for one would be VERY grateful if someone made a mod that kept the camera to the side... where it belongs.
