Mods changed my character skills...

So I just recently got into modding Skyrim but one of the mods I added completely altererd my character skill levels. For example I now have skill levels: Bows: 70+ and before it was only in the 30's. Two Handers now 25 was 70, Smithing was 100, now 20 etc... Somehow all my saved files are changed as well. The other thing is that my perks did not change. What happen? This is the list of mods I was using.

 

2k Textures

Tytanis (Which I suspect this being the one)

Better Females

Realistic Water Textures

SkyUI

 

Please don't respond saying that I just need to load from an earlier date, that isn't an option here.

Did you use the showracemenu command to change your race? That would cause the problem you describe.

 

You can use player.setav nameofskillhere skilllevelhere to put them at the levels they should be.

If you use console commands, you can break aspects of your game. It's known that using showracemenu can result in what's happened to you. It's unlikely that it has anything to do with the mods you're using.
