Possible missing flora textures resulting in purple shrubs?

Hi guys,

 

I've really got little to no idea when it comes to modding, but I just started playing Skyrim SE yesterday and have noticed on several occasions that I'm getting a weird texture come up where grass and other plants should be.

I'm not sure what the particular texture is, but there's a LOT of it at the bottom of the water (particularly in snowy areas) and in forests. I've attached two images for you to see what I'm referring to.

Alternate Start and OBIS don't seem to be assigned, but when loading my save file there's no warning that either of these are missing.

These two mods only became un-numbered since I uninstalled all my mods and reinstalled them again, in order to try and fix the issue I'm having.

Just got to Whiterun and noticed it more than anywhere else. Textures from fences etc appear to be missing, too.

I managed to fix almost everything by disabling the Verdant plugin, but now the only two things I can't seem to fix up are these.
