Added mod items not showing up in game, while cosmetic mods do

I've been using mods and NMM for a while now, and have never encountered an issue such as this. I've installed a number of mods for Fallout 4, using NMM, and when I get in game, the mod items added to the game, are not showing up. Cosmetic mods changing existing game items, however, are showing just fine. NMM says the mods are all installed, and there's no issue whatsoever. I've ensured I have every mod's requirements, and even used LOOT to sort my load order. I have both current versions of SKW and AWCKW, and yet, the problem persists. I'm at a dead end on what to do anymore, as I've done just about everything every guide I've found says, and the problem continues to persist. I could really use some help on the issue, since as I've said, I've never seen anything like this.
