DOwnloaded the the highres thing from steam, and used loot to get it in the right order, but it is still buggy.

try disable ur mods 1 by 1 and every time u disable 1 mod open u game and see if it still buggy or not.

and when u disable Vividian mod disable all 3 esp

and the same with WSCO

if u catch one of them make the bug unistall it or see what mod is Incompatible Plugins

with another one and try test u game in new game not save file
