Only eyes with black textures showing using enb

Any ENB I use all I get are some eyes showing. I am using the alternate start mod and all the textures of the game aside from the eyes are black or very dark gray. The race menu UI looks fine. Other than that my game runs great. This is driving me nuts and any advice would be appreciated. I have only seen one other person with this problem but they were running ENderal.
