LE ability to wear robes over armour mod?

I remember a mod from Morrowind that would allow those who both use weapons and spells (ie a spellsword) to wear their magical robes over top of their armour - thus gaining both attributes.

 

I remember one such mod that came out for Morrowind.. nice to see a similar one for Skyrim

 

(as a related aside, there was also a mod that would allow you to wear up to 10 rings on your fingers.. so you didnt need to pick just one.. that would be cool as well).
